The SDS Residents Association exist and strives to provide a pleasant welcoming environment for residents and guest. We do this through coordination of activities and events that foster community, friendships and support for everyone that resides here.

We are in a semi-walled community on the south side of Southern Avenue just west of the Walgreen’s at the corner of Ironwood and Southern Ave including a mixture of 225 Mobile Home and RV Sites. A pool and activity center are conveniently located in the center of the property. Roads throughout the resort are wide and well-maintained.
